Grade 8 Salary £35,745 - £39,186 per year

Actual Salary £30,711 - £33,667 per year

Critchill School caters for pupils aged 4 - 19 years with profound, severe and complex learning difficulties.

Working Futures Lead

You will:

  • Be responsible for Careers advice and Guidance throughout the school
  • Contribute to our profoundly personalised curriculum
  • Ensure the Gatsby Benchmarks are upheld
  • Lead on sourcing dynamic work placements and experiences for young people at Critchill.
  • Lead on the Supported Internship programme, ensuring that EHCPs are appropriately integrated into a young person’s SI programme.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Lead the Careers education of Critchill students and teach parts of this programme
  • Work with Head teachers, careers leads and other senior leaders across the county and trust
